All The Mannarcraft cast iron products are hand-seasoned with gingerly oil and ready to use. But it needs to be cleaned few times before the initial use. Before the first use, clean it completely using mild dish-washing liquid and water. After cleaning, wipe it using a soft cotton cloth and let it dry. Then, apply cooking oil evenly over it. Heat the Kadai under medium flame for about 10-15 mins. After that, let it cool down completely.Repeat this 2-3 times for best results. Cleaning - Once this is done, use a cotton cloth to wipe away the excess oil. Repeat the process about 3- 4 times before you start using it for the best results. This will be helpful and will not let the food be sticky on the cookware. No cast kadai is rust free.
