Why manual turning model with thread is better than Kitchen Press spring type or manual pressing model

  • The spring of the seva will get damaged very quickly. You can't use it for many years like the manual one.
  • It is very difficult to press in the Manual pressing compared to the turning model. We need give more pressure on that

The issues that our users normally face with our product

Got damaged product

Happened during transportation (only 1% chances). The customer can replace it when he/she gets a damaged product.

The jalis inside might have some sharp edges in some cases

Jalis are made out of brass sheet. We are trying our maximum to smoothen it and reduce it.Compared to other Brands our jalis are smooth

Shineness of Brass losses after first use

Brass is an alloy and it is very normal that its colour fades after certain uses due to oxidation. To get shining back rub with a mixture of lemon and salt or tamarind or ready made metal shining powders like pithambari or liquid like dara, brasso available in local market. Also Sevsancha will stain and corrode easily if it’s left with food or liquid. It is best to clean seva immediately after use.

There can also be a situation where the thread gets damaged after few months.

Improper usage of thread. During seva usage the dough should not be very thick. The handle should be rotated very slowly and leave 2-3 threads behind so that it does not become very tight. So it will avoid damage of thread.
