RETURN POLICY

How do I return an item purchased?

All products can be returned within 3 days of delivery due to the following reasons: Damage on Arrival, Manufacturing defect and In-correct product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If products like Cooking utensils, lamps etc, are being used as per the instructions, we will repair the possible leakage otherwise we will replace it with a new product You can send a mail to our customer service team through [email protected] with a copy of an invoice.

 

Refunds (if applicable) :

Mannarcraft will pick up the product that you wish to return from your doorstep; however, locations where we do not have reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us. Once your return is received and inspected for damage reason, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Our crafters will inspect the returned item. By inspecting, they can be able to find the reason of damage like manufacturing defect or any other kind. If the damage is made purposefully, they can easily find out. The replacement policy is not applicable to those items so, kindly avoid that. Mannarcraft will not provide the refund as cash we will replace you with a better product.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Mannarcraft believes in & we can helping its customers as far as possible, and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 6 hours of placing the order. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. POLICY NOTE

Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal! In order to make this absolutely hassle-free, we will also pick up the product free of cost from your home.

All we ask is that the product is not used and is in the same condition as you received it. All you need to do is initiate claim request through email or use chat box.
